make sure he answer ALL your question till his mouth is dry and it drops off from his face
get him to run through and fro the shop to get dummy handset for you to see till his legs break
make things so difficult for him that he might want to consider quitting his job
it would also be nice if you could write a complaint letter to m1 so that he can lose his job
because he is one freaking irritating bastard that has NO balls

well here it is...
i happen to be promoting K618i and that customer wants to buy it.so i went to the info counter to check for stock and that guy there asked me to double check with the store if we can still sell it.so i went and the store has only two K618i left and one of it is reserved.so that means i only have one set left to sell.so i asked the manager if i could sell that last piece of K618i with a new line contract.she said if imma able to sell it with a certain plan she will lemme have it and i did.so...
pegg : hey can i reserve that K618i for my customer.cos she went back to get her necessary documents for the paperwork l8r
cyrous(that NO balls guy) : okay.can.sure
-after a while-
okay.i saw someone buying the phone from that NO balls guy and i went back to the store to check if it was mine that was beign sold.and UNFORTUNATELY.it was mine.damnit.so i went to ask that NO balls guy.
pegg : hey.my reserve model still there right?
NO balls guy : it's sold
pegg : -stares at him eyes big big- HUH?! but i told you i reserved it right?
NO balls guy : but you never confirm with me if she is coming back ma
pegg : but i told you that she went home to take her documents and she WILL be back ma
NO balls guy : but theres no guarantee ma
pegg : -still trying to remain clam and polite- then may i know how am i supposed to answer to her?
NO balls guy : oh.dont worry la.when she come i will help you to persuade her to get other handsets.furthermore.you are knocking off soon.no one will blame you one la~

then.the lady REALLY DID came back.she asked me again in detail for the relevant information about the phoneand the plan first and i explained to her.but the worse has yet to come.when i told her that the phone that she wanted was no longer there.she scream like as though i was 1000000000000000000000000000000000km away from her and i can tell you she is freaking pissed.the whole shop literally turned and look at me can.and what did that cyrous guy do?.run into the store room and hide. @#$$&^%$@!&*((&%$#%^%^ .super humji can?.thank god there was another operator who helped me check of other stores in the area had the models and they did a transfer of stock and my customer got her phone.if not.i dont think i would be here typing.DAMN THAT CYROUS MAN
.but even though my day ended bad.
