Customer: why ur sony ericson neh give free give one huh?.other phones have leii!why huh??/why always must go sony ericson service centre??very troublesome leii!!!/why u cannot fix the problem huh???.i thought u got go training one????.HUH????

PeGs: hi may i help you?
Customer: ......./-walk away-/raise their hand to shut u up

this is what i call "bo-chup" cusotmers



PeGs:hi can i help you
Customer:i ask u arh,you the the phone hor,why the function.....-blah blah blah- and blabbers on for the next 15 minutes

PeGs:hi can i help you?
Customer:where do i get the queue number to buy ur Sony Ericson W###/K###

this is what i call steady/on customers


PeGs:can i help you?
Customer:-talk and joke about the phone and in the end buys it-

this is what i call lovable customer <3


.so please be those lovable customers ya?.
.if not you will piss the sales-person off.

.didnt get to meet jun today.
.but well.
.we still have next week.
.i think i can still cope till next week.
.at least for now imma feeling a lil bit better.
